Accommodation 

The participants are responsible for booking their own places to stay. See separate attachment for the list of hotels and accommodations in Varberg. 

Registration

Deadline is June 30, 2024. It is encouraged that, if possible, you comply with the deadline, to give the host community ample time to make the name tags and other necessary preparations.

Instructions 

  • Choose the city you come from. 
  • Every person must sign up personally. Every adult and child need to be filled in ”anmälan”. 
  • Bilda has a thorough control of your personal data and complies with the GDPR law.
    We do not disclose any of your information.   

Registration fee 

On or before June 30, 2024 

Children ages 0-5 ……………………..free of charge
Children ages 6 to 12 ………………..100 sek
Adult ages 13 and above ………….300 sek 

After June 30, 2024 

Children ages 0-5 ……………………..free of charge
Children ages 6 to 12 ………………..150 sek
Adult ages 13 and above ………….350 sek 

The payment must be done thru the FCC bank account (Bankgiro 462-6503 or Swedbank account 83683, 9331485491). As much as possible please pay in group and indicate your community’s name so your payments will be easily traced. 

Note: The registration fee covers the food and rent of the venue and should be made as you register, so that the amount can be used by the host community as it prepares for our General Assembly. Please take note that the registration fee is non-refundable. 

During the assembly, there will be tables for on-the-spot registration. For those who have pre-registered: only ONE person from each community shall claim the name tags from the table provided by the secretariat, to avoid chaos.

Food

  • Please indicate allergy information/specialkost in the registration form.
  • There will be separate food stations for children. 

Community presentations 

Each community will prepare a maximum of 5 minutes presentation. In view of the increase of the participating communities, kindly avoid extending your presentations beyond the maximum time. Presentations must be in line with the theme. 

Please inform the secretariat your type of presentation on or before June 30, 2023, to avoid duplications. Please submit your music at least 1 week before the assembly.
