Afro Jamm Rekk; Sabar with live drums with Awa Sow

Open level as all or workshops! In her class you can expect strong, but feminine sabar movements, only one word: POWER.

Awa Sow is a Dancer, Choreographer, Senegalese interpreter, based in Germany that started dancing in Grand Medine, of the group of Cheikh Fall. She danced to Oscar’s Rich Boys Vacation. She has also danced to the groups such as:Generation Dance, The Banè Ndiaye Company and with a singer known in Senegal and Europe under the name Fatou laobe.

Awa also joined the Africa Ndiguel group and did a tour with them in South Africa with them for Weeks. Danced in the group of a great professional dancer named Mame Bassine Thiam. Awa was also selected on the Hot AFRIKA Company in Germany and she was recruited by G.O.P company tour in 2017 and 2018 . Now she’s base in Germany, currently a Dancer of the Gato Preto group.
